Nomination for BEST Teacher Award (நல்லாசிரியர் விருது):  

Eligibility: 

1. Each school can nominate up to two (2) teachers for this award.
2. The teacher should have been volunteered as a primary teacher continuously for the last 3 years (2017/19, 2018/19, 2019/20)

Additional consideration/recommendations for the selection: 

1. Teacher Engagement:

1. 1. Demonstrated the preparation prior to the class all the time.
   2. Demonstrated promoting Tamil speaking with students, teachers, and parents all the time.
   3. Monitoring each student’s progress and taking necessary actions to improve for the students who need help.
   4. Demonstrated active participation during school events/programs.
2. Teamwork and Helping Others:
   1. Being a role model.
   2. Being a “Go to Teacher”.
   3. Inspiring and motivating other teachers.
3. Above and Beyond:
   1. Evolving themselves by continuous learning.
   2. Applying practical ways of teaching (small projects, conducting drama, speaking, etc.)
   3. Identify each student’s strengths and weaknesses and create opportunities to help each other among themselves.

மெய்நிகர் ஆண்டுவிழாவன்று இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள வார்ப்புருவில் (template), கீழ்க்காணும் இறுதித் தேதிக்குள் நிறைவுசெய்யப்பட்டு அனுப்பப்படும்  நல்லாசிரியர் விருதுகள் காட்சிப்படுத்தப்பட இருக்கின்றன.

தமிழ்ப்பள்ளிகளில் தொடர்ந்து பங்காற்றும் தமிழ்த் தனனார்வப் பயிற்றுநர்களை ஊக்குவிப்போம்! அவர்கள்தம் அளப்பரிய சேவைதனைப் போற்றுவோம்!!
